Refund policy

1. GENERAL RETURN POLICY (ALL SALES FINAL)

Due to the nature of our products—specifically herbal supplements and ingestible goods—ALL SALES ARE FINAL. For reasons of health, hygiene, and safety, Greenwich Naturals does not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any products once they have left our facility. This applies regardless of whether the product has been opened or remains sealed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

2. DAMAGES AND ISSUES (THE EXCEPTION)

We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will make it right. You must inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if:

  • The bottle/packaging is broken or unsealed.

  • The product is expired.

  • You received the wrong item.

How to Report an Issue:

  1. Email us immediately at info@greenwichnaturals.in.

  2. Include your Order Number in the subject line.

  3. Attach clear photos or video evidence of the damage/defect.

We will evaluate the issue and, if validated, we will send a replacement at no cost to you. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For the avoidance of doubt, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or "buyer's remorse."

  • Personal taste preferences.

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with (unless defective).

  • Sale items or Gift Cards.

4. REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Refunds are only processed in the event that a damaged or defective item cannot be replaced. If your refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@greenwichnaturals.in.

In the rare event that a return is authorized by our support team for inspection, products must be sent to:
