Shipping policy

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been handed over to the courier.

  • Note: Processing time is the time it takes for us to pack your order. This is separate from the shipping time (transit time) taken by the courier partner.

2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

We ship across India using a network of reputed courier partners.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The final cost depends on the weight of the package and your delivery location (Pin Code).

  • Estimated Delivery: Standard delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days depending on your location. Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.

3. DOMESTIC ONLY

We currently ship only within the territory of India. We do not accept international orders.

4. HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification from us which will include a tracking number (AWB) and a link to track your package. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the courier's website.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@greenwichnaturals.in with your name and order number.

5. INCORRECT ADDRESSES & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address (including Pin Code and Landline/Mobile Number).

  • Return to Origin (RTO): If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect, the customer was unavailable, or the package was refused, we reserve the right to deduct shipping costs from any applicable refunds.

  • Re-shipping: If you request the order to be re-shipped, additional shipping fees may apply.

6. DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and email us immediately (within 48 hours) at info@greenwichnaturals.in with photos/video of the condition. We will address these on a case-by-case basis.
